You pay no ground shipping fees (UPS or FedEx ground) to anywhere in the continental United States. You're welcome!
Lighting Connection offers free standard ground shipping for most orders within the 48 contiguous United States. The free ground shipping offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destination. Orders take 2-3 business days for processing before they ship. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your items. If the specific item you purchase is made to order and ships outside this timeline it will be noted on the product page.
While we offer free ground shipping on most items on our website, some manufacturers require a shipping surcharge. In addition, free ground shipping may not apply to sale items, special order items, oversized and freight-required items. When applicable, these charges will be noted on the product page.
We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase. However, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.
Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information when your order has shipped. Please save these email invoices for your records.
Please note that any expedited shipping charges you paid on your original order are non-refundable.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We stand behind our products 100% and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase you may send it back un-installed and in the original packaging to arrive at our warehouse within 30 days after receipt of product for a full refund (less shipping)! We will refund your original form of payment after we receive and inspect the item.
If the item arrives to you damaged you have 7 days to report the damage to our customer service department at 972.579.7393 in order to receive a replacement. Damaged items declared after 7 days are not eligible for return or replacement so please examine the fixture as soon as it arrives!
We do NOT charge any re-stocking fees for the vast majority of our products. Products that require re-stocking fees are pointed out clearly on the Product Details Page.
Though we work very hard to stay on top of our manufacturers’ restocking and freight requirements, policies do often change. Because of this, we reserve the right to contact you after purchase if restocking or freight charges apply and have not been noted on the product page. At that time, you will be able to accept the additional charges or cancel the order with no penalty.
We cannot accept the returns of:
Large quantities of the same product (6 or more)
If you need to return an item, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return shipping label. If you ordered multiple items on one order, please specify which item(s) you want to return as well as the quantity of each. Please also state the reason for the return. Someone from our customer service department will be in touch with you shortly via email to provide you with return shipping labels. Note that if we receive your item(s) past the 30 day return period, or items have been installed or not in it original packaging, a refund will not be issued and the items must be picked up or shipped back to the shipper at the shipper’s expense.
