We offer large volume discounts for members of our trade program who have provided appropriate credentials and been approved. We may also be able to extend special discounts for large volume orders for customers outside of the program. Please contact Customer Service with any questions.
At this time we do not offer international shipping. However, we are able to send items to a location within the states and you can have them forwarded to your international location from there. Once the item leaves the country we are not liable for any damage to the items during the overseas transit to you and are not responsible for sending you a replacement fixture.
While we offer free shipping on most items on our website, some manufacturers require a shipping surcharge. In addition, free shipping may not apply to sale items, special order items, oversized and freight-required items. When applicable, these charges will be noted on the product page. Lighting Connection is required by law to charge sales tax on orders that ship to an address within the state of Texas. If your order is shipping to somewhere in Texas, the sales tax will be automatically calculated during checkout. For industry members who are a part of our trade program, taxes can be waived.

If you ever find the exact same product advertised for less anywhere, within 30 days of your Lighting Connection purchase, please let us know and we will happily match that price. Some conditions do apply. Please keep in mind that shipping fees will be taken into consideration when price-matching. For example, since we offer free ground shipping but our competitor may charge for shipping, we’ll match the competitor’s total price (which includes shipping). We do require a form of verification of the offer and it must be made by an authorized dealer of the product and must follow manufacturer pricing policies. Check to see that all the information you have entered on the checkout page is correct. If your card is still refused, try another credit card. Contact Customer Service if you believe that your card is being declined due to an error with our system. In some cases we may recommend that you contact your credit card company to get the issue resolved.
Yes, if you’re not completely in love with your purchase you may send it back un-installed and in its original condition and packaging within 30 days after receipt of product for a full refund (less shipping)! It must be in new, re-salable condition. Please note that we do not accept the return of special order, made-to-order open-box or otherwise designated item. Request a return label from Customer Service and follow the instructions for a prompt refund. Here is more information about Returns.
You’ll receive the refund once the item arrives at our warehouse and is inspected to ensure it is uninstalled and is in its original condition and packaging. You’ll receive a refund notification via email once a refund has been issued.
If you return an item that is returnable, there is no restocking fee unless it is specified on the product page. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, however we are happy to send you a return label to make the return process easier. If we provide you with a return shipping label we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or that is different than what you ordered, then we’ll of course provide you with a replacement fixture at no charge.
Once we receive your order we start processing right away, so changes or cancellations are not always a possibility. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed online. With that being said, we do understand that sometimes you want to ask us to try in which case you will need to contact Customer Service to make a request for a change or cancellation. We will give our every effort to apply the requested change or cancellation. If the item ships before the confirmation of a cancellation or change request, you are able to return it within our standard return policy - Returns. Please note that non-returnable items cannot be cancelled.
