RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We stand behind our products 100% and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase you may send it back un-installed and in the original packaging within 30 days after receipt of product for a full refund (less shipping)! We will refund your original form of payment after we receive and inspect the item.
If the item arrives to you damaged you have 7 days to report the damage to our customer service department at 972.579.7393 in order to receive a replacement. Damaged items declared after 7 days are not eligible for return or replacement so please examine the fixture as soon as it arrives!
We do NOT charge any re-stocking fees for the vast majority of our products. Products that require re-stocking fees are pointed out clearly on the Product Details Page.
We reserve the right to apply refunds in the form of a store credit past 30 days of your receipt of product and only within 60 days of your receipt of product.
Though we work very hard to stay on top of our manufacturers’ restocking and freight requirements, policies do often change. Because of this, we reserve the right to contact you after purchase if restocking or freight charges apply and have not been noted on the product page. At that time, you will be able to accept the additional charges or cancel the order with no penalty.
We cannot accept the returns of:
Large quantities of the same product (6 or more)
You pay no shipping fees (UPS or FedEx ground) to anywhere in the continental United States. You're welcome!
A shipping surcharge may be applied on occasions when items need to be shipped by freight due to size and weight. When this is the case, you will see a shipping surcharge note on the Product Details Page. Please call customer service to receive a cost of shipping estimate.
Please note that any expedited shipping charges you paid on your original order are non-refundable.
